As many as you need. PocketTrack is built for multi-location operators — the Enterprise Dashboard automatically activates when you have 2 or more locations.

Yes. PocketTrack is brand-agnostic. You enter the model and serial number yourself, so it works with any manufacturer.

You can set up a dedicated tablet running the kiosk view, or customers can use their own phone by scanning a QR code — no app or login required either way. Customers tap to report a broken machine or request a refund, and reports appear instantly in your dashboard.

Yes. The kiosk supports refund requests via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Laundry Card, or Cash. You configure which methods are available for your location.

There's no hard limit on team size.

Admin, Manager, Technician, Attendant, and View Only. Each role has different levels of access — Admins see and control everything, Managers oversee day-to-day operations, Technicians handle repairs and service, Attendants handle machine reporting, and View Only is great for silent partners or regional managers who just need visibility.

Yes. Each team member can be assigned to specific locations, so your Main Street attendant only sees Main Street machines.

Yes. PocketTrack is built on Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is yours and is never shared or sold.

Only you and the team members you invite. PocketTrack staff do not access your operational data.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can request a full export or permanent deletion by emailing us at contactpockettrack@gmail.com.
